I had not seen that one! That is a good buy for whoever bought it.

Still happy to have the Indian equivalent though as it is only targeted at the Indian market.

I was having a talk on Skype with my mate from Mumbai yesterday and he was saying to me that one of the biggest complaints Indians have who use the internet and search on Google etc is that the sites and content that is presented to them is not relevant to India and is often products and services that can only be purchased in the US.

The change is coming my friend and we are part of it!

I agree with that Ed - in searching for domains, I spend a lot of time using Google.co.in - and most of the results are US sites, even though Google weights Indian sites higher on Google.co.in.

I was looking at a list of sold domains and saw prisoners.co.uk had been sold for 750 GBP so I registered these two domains. They each have an average of 35 visitors/month since I registered them.

dude, if any such business runs in india, it is purely illegal, as betting and selling animals like camels, tigers, horses are totally banned through the country.. if anybody buys that domain and gives the address online or allow memberships to indians, then they will get into trouble as indian police will raid their place! so you rethink it! there are laws of land you got to know before you go on investing there! you must take some experience in china first before you invest in india! xD

I used the word God to just describe how big that guy is in the Domain Aftermarket..Its my perception..I am not forcing it on you..So back off!

Secondly, do you even live in India?? cos my dear friend I do not think you have come across or heard of the Mahalaxmi Race Course in Mumbai!! Its popular on a global level when it comes to Horse Racing..So do a bit of research and you will come across some information, which you currently, are unaware of..and ya, I don't quite remember commenting on betting or selling of camels and tigers??
