Saturday: 09:00 PM - 10:00 PM EST
Sunday: Closed



1 hour per week - on a Saturday evening!

The last time I tried exactly at 9 EST on Sat, I got a message saying that there were no customer service reps available and chat is closed. Unbelievable

Hahaha, I'm sure that with a small window to talk to them on a weekend , not many will avail it & hence noone the rep might not even show up. And even if you get hold of the rep, he will not be useful.
