Resellerclub/Directi not responding to emails, support requests

    I have been a resellerclub/directi customer since 2005, spent a large amount with them, yet their sales/account manager has not replied to my emails, especially regarding missing mails . Has anyone experienced similar poor service, Does any one know how to get a response from resellerclub ?
