Push Notifications

Hey guys. I would like to find out how to use push notifications on my website. Is there a free service that I could use and how can I get started with them?

There are two that I know. One is sendpulse which is very popular among the users. And another is onsignal. This too is a good sevrice. Though both of them have their share of issues. I am just thinking if there are any other good options out there. Because these two are also known to be blocked by adblockers. So you have to experiment and find out.

Well other than alternatives, you can always use service worker from from browsers like Chrome. They have push notifications, and you just need to play with them and set them up. I think they come on HTML 5 only, but unsure about it

Geordy, I have never personally used push notification services, but I do know of a few that you can try. Check out Foxpush and one signal.
