Company makes “incorrect or misleading statements” in cybersquatting dispute.

Sportswear company Puma, known for its famous black-and-white logo, tried to reverse domain name hijack a domain from an Indian company.
Sportswear company Puma SE tried to reverse domain name hijack the domain name PumaExports.com, a World Intellectual Property Organization panelist has determined.

Yes, essentially, an attempt to obtain a domain through the legal process that a party is not entitled to.

can you summarize on how the company/person who own 'PumaExports.com' protect his domain if such legal process happen?

if big company like puma do legal action, individual who do not have money will have to let these big company bully..
