When will the next update of PR ?

From the last one year I am observing that PR is updating after every 2 months. In the beginning of june it has update. So, wait for the end of july or first week of august

I think PR updates happen approx. every 3-4 months. The last update that I know of occurred around April 2010.

That was a Small update. 95% websites didn't notice any update
