PR 1 TechBlog For Sale

I am selling my techblog desitechie.in which has gained PR 1 in recent google update...

The blog has a decent organic traffic mostly from google ans some from bing.. plenty of banklinks(quality and relevant ones) and no outbound links yet..

I am looking for a price around 100$ for the whole thing (domain + website) ...
