I think that these are both excellent domains, particularly counter.in, with a decent probability of an end user sale over time.

For point of comparison, ehoster.com is on auction at Godaddy today, closing in 8 1/2 hours and already at $1,405. I'd expect it to go for several thousand:

Thanks Jeff! It's a .com, but has a prefix that greatly lowers its value, so I think it's a fair comparison with .in.

Jeff is right about counter.in

Hoster.in is brandable, but not as strong on the technical front as counter.in is. counter should get at least high $xxx. i'll put hoster at low to mid $xxx unless u find a really motivated buyer.
