I have hand reg these two domain names. If going by the keywords these two have massive searches globally as well as locally. But with this extension how much these may worth?

I can't see much value in either domain because of the weak .info extension.

bollywoodsongs.info looks like it has been registered by several domainers over the years who subsequently gave up on it. E.g. an attempt to sell it here:
LiveTvAuctions.com, DvdRental.tv, SantoDomingo.tv, HollywoodBoulevard.info, NewLcd.tv
for $15, which did not go anywhere, and the domain was dropped a few months later.

Stick to .in / .co.in / .com
