Im in need of a programmer to develop a domain monetization script. Some of the project details can be found at the following link on scriptlance:

I have increased the bid to $1000 USD payable in stages, and have a complete layout in gmail envisioned for the right programmer to share with. I need someone with business sense not just a programmer to develop a network. Communication lines need to be open, and I would like to begin with a phone call. Details of which can be shared via PM.
Jeff - possibly can we add a Project / Programming Help section.... if you think its necessary.
