NIXI Mitsu dispute updates in March 2018

Does anyone have any information on the status of the Mitsu NIXI dispute in March 2018, can the domains be transferred out
When is the case likely to be resolved
Any information will be greatly appreciated.

I don't think that there are any updates - it is just a matter of waiting until legal proceedings are complete. I believe that the hearing is in May.
