Certified Offer Service is an unsolicited email, aka “spam” from Network Solutions, targeting domain owners.

Why is this service a nuisance and unwelcome to domain investors?

Simply put, the doofuses at NetSol don’t bother to check the domain name’s lander, and they ignore existing minimum asking prices, or the BIN.

By joining other such unsolicited offer networks, such as GoDaddy offers, Domain Agents and eName, NetSol adds more headaches and unnecessary spam to the busy day of domainers.

The emails arrive from the address “cosplus@networksolutions.com” and you can see a sample of the spam email below:
