Net4.in registrar , account change/transfer possible

Recently registered a few names at www.net4.in
all .in/.co.in
tried to see an option to change accounts at the control panel, however no such option could be found !
also authorization code has not been provided after seeking it in the control panel,

anyone with prior experience in this registrar can shed some light,
appreciate any inputs,
