Domain owners who cannot wait for legal process to release and transfer their names should implead themselves in the arbitration or move NIXI to take action collectively via a campaign.(change.org could be a platform to be heard).

Fortunately, after the fiasco in 2013 where over 1000+ names were arbitrarily "locked down" by this very errant Registrar (1 person show) I refused to deal with his crooked ways, did not ever deal with him again.

So you will need to reach out to high value domain owners (such as LLLs) on forums, together create a WhatsApp group for verification of genuine parties and hire legal help in Delhi.
