What do you guys think about minisites for geo domains like town names ? Is it worth to spend a few hours to prepare some unique content and then perhaps SEO it a bit ? Do you have some experience with this kind of domains. I'm not sure if it's worth to develop a name with 20-200 visits per month.

To me it's worth for it rather than seat on the parked for a low earning back. If you have that kind of traffics, it's good for mini site with adsense placement on it. Even you earn $1 per month still good to get your renewal fees back. But I bet you can earn higher than that isn't it ?

the rate depends on the niche, my traffic is world wide, not just Indian traffic
