Microsoft has filed a UDRP with the National Arbitration Forum, seeking control of the domain names MicrosoftColombia.com and MicrosoftColombia.com.co.
The domain name was created in December, 2014 and the owner name is Harold Martinez.
The National Arbitration Forum will examine if MicrosoftColombia.com and MicrosoftColombia.com.co domains are confusingly similar to Microsoft's trademark,if the current owner has rights over it and if the domains are being used in bad faith .The disputed domain names will be passed over to Microsoft if it falls under these stipulations.
