List of Pending INDRP Disputes

IT.com
You are right... but in the meantime just a single page website with Intro, basic html and maybe no graphics can be put up. Which may clearly indicate that the upcoming website has no relation with any Registered Trade Mark or their products and is intended to be used in Good Faith.

Though it is rare that a company/person owning a TM... will immediately come to know, that you have registered a domain name containing the words similar to a registered/famous Trade Mark... I don't think any such report is generated anywhere over the Internet.

So there will always be a time lag between the time a Domain is registered and it is discovered by the Trade Mark owners... as only after a deliberate search effort for cybersquatting Domains, say once in a month or two months by these companies or their legal consultants... they can discover the same !

Practically, earlier this year my client was having a Default parking page, so received a notice from Tommy Hilfiger for the use of word 'Hilfiger' in a domain and we replied to the same and later put up a customized parking page and still did not face any further action !

What happens with these default parking page is... that they start showing ADs containing Registered Trade Mark... which is taken as Bad Faith under UDRP... so it always goes against one's interest !
