We talked about our successes in a recent thread. Now, let's talk about our lowest sale/sales and the lessons learnt that helped us get our biggest flips.
For me, it was a city+sky.net domain that I bought for around $2, as an amateur, relying on somebody else's advice, without proper research and sold it for $3.
My biggest lesson was "apply your own brain coz you have one."
