.io - advise please

Is it good to register single word domain in this ccTld?
I have registered Lycra.io few days before, even there are some Geo domains available in this extension.
i.e London.io or Paris.io, is it good to register and hold that type domains for future investment.

Not familiar with the .io extension so can't advise there but isn't "Lycra" a trademark? If so, you need to grace delete or get rid of that name as soon as possible...
