The Respondent in the UDRP case against the domain 123ink.comwas avenged, after a three member panel at the WIPO delivered a finding of Reverse Domain Name Hijacking.

Registered in 1999, the domain 123ink.com consists of a numerical prefix common with commercial designations indicating quality or speed. The “ink” part is a common dictionary word. The Complainant’s claimed marks do not predate the domain’s registration date.

The Complainant in this UDRP is Digital Revolution B.V. of Nederhorst den Berg, Netherlands, a company that operates from 123inkt.nl. They also have 123inkt.com.
