If .com/.net/.org/.in not available then which option is good.
.info or .biz or anything else?

other thn that .CO or .CC or maybe IO
if it's for india thn i will go with co.in (if .in not avail)

from indian perspective, .co.in would be a good alternative if one chooses for a business although one has to be wary of losing traffic/business to the .com/.in now or in the future, so unless u are willing to buy them out at a premium later, choosing an alternative name would be a better option,the extensions mentioned do not have much legs but may be used depending on the niche,

Actually it's a name of someone. Example: pratik (not actual name)

The owner of the domain name is his name too. Also we are not going for premium.

Both extensions are not GREAT, but market forces say .info is a winner over .biz.

Depends on the type of website you will be developing. For informational website use .info and business website use .biz .
However if you are planning to invest a large amount of time and money on your website, it is better to use a domain name where .com and .net are available so that you can register these domain names and forward the domain to your preferred TLD
