Infiniti Retail Limited of Mumbai, India, GUILTY RDNH of Croma.com

IT.com
There have been findings of RDNH under the INDRP - I think the computer.in case was the first.

My concern is more whether INDRP arbitrators are robust enough to make a finding of reverse domain name hijacking when it does occur.

LOL, Indian companies started to think that stealing .com's is as easy as stealing .in's.

BTW, it's interesting to see if Rick Schwartz accepts potential RDNH cases under INDRP to be added to his RDNH Watchlict on HallofShame.com.
