INDRP Watchlist Update:

The domain name Mozilla.IN was transferred to the complainant as there was a clear trademark violation and there was no response from registrant and StarWars.IN shows up in the pending list this week!

Now why would anyone think registering a globally recognized trademark brand names in ccTLDs is OK and they can get away with it?

This Mozilla owner has another case filed against him: hexaware.co.in, shown under pending disputes @ http://registry.in/Pending Dispute Decisions and the nameservers are based upon another Trademarked domain: hdfc.info.
