Individual site hosting or multiple?

Do you use one cheap hosting account for each site, or go for something like a reseller deal or a VPS? Using single hosting accounts means you can sell the sites on really easily and get things like free domain names, but a single server or reseller account only need to be configured once, can be cheaper in bulk, and you can normally seperate it off when it is time to sell. Which approach do you use?

I don't know about others here, but for me, making my work easier and less stressful is a priority so I would definitely go with using single hosting accounts even if it means paying a little extra.
