It was discussed on other forum.

.ooo registry, which is Indian company Infibeam, took .ooo domains away from rightful registrant (he is Inforum member) after 9 months of registration. Infibeam claimed they were "mistakenly" released.

It is incredible how greedy these owners of "new" Internet space can be.
 
I'd raise a stink with ICANN and see if it's possible to get some mainstream media publicity about this.
 
There are over 100 .ooo.domains, different "owners" being taken back. Mostly registered at Dynadot.
