.IN Registration with a script using Dynadot API

I have learnt that you get qualified for the Dynadot Bulk Pricing for a deposit of $500. And you also get access to their API.

Can you use this API access to register .IN domains through a script. Does Dynadot allow it. If yes, can this be used to catch dropping .IN domain names?

I have tried to contact Dynadot but they are yet to reply. So, I thought experienced .IN domainers here must have a reply to it.
