LL.in : not possible (.in registry doesn't allow them)
N-N.in : 100
NNN.in : 1000
NN.in : not possible (.in registry doesn't allow them)
then comes .co.in
Which among these are more valuable ,
I see N-N.in and L-L.in as the clear winner.(much rarer , only 100 and 676 respectively)
