.in Delete Time

Hi ,

I just wanted some info about deleting .in domain names

after it gets expired and released, at what time it will be available with the registry and available for registration.

whethere the time depends on the last owner registered time or all the expired domains delete at the same time from the registry irrespective of the time of registration of .in domain name of the previous registration.

i need to get clarity since i missed a valuable domain today morning. which was registered by dynadot immediatly after releasing

Basing on last registered time , i was expecting it to be available at 11.54 am today morning , but it was released at 1.31 am.
