NEW DELHI: E-commerce company, ibiboGroup, which is a joint venture between South African media conglomerate Naspers and Chinese internet-focused strategic investor Tencent, has acquired online bus tracking and analytics platform, YourBus.in, for an undisclosed sum.
The latest acquisition by ibiboGroup comes less than twelve months after the company acquired India's leading online bus ticketing business, Bangalore-based redBus, for reportedly $100 million (Rs. 610.7 crore)
