The second UDRP involving a .XYZ domain so far, is that of HuffingtonPost.xyz where the registrant complains that the Complainant does not have a valid trademark.
The respondent's statements regarding the UDRP are:

1) The complainant does not have a valid trademark.

2) Respondent has rights and legitimate interests because it has made no commercial use of the domain name and the name is not viewable by general public.

3) Respondent did not act in bad faith

4) Respondent did not offer to sell, he received the offer to sell- to which he asked for, what he thought was fair value.

5) Respondent does not believe Complainant owns the trademark and thus had no notice of trademark rights.

Of course, the judgement came in favour of the Complainant.
