How to solve the problem of delayed payments from foreign companies and websites for an online publisher without a valid reason?
Payments for multiple ad networks and other websites are greatly delayed, especially through Paypal, by as much as four months causing great hardship since domain renewal bills have to be paid. Any suggestions on who can be contacted to have the problem solved? Does anyone else face a similar problem, if they have customers from abroad especially ad networks.
