Take a page from the content of the respondents letters in Steridrape.in and Tegaderm.in dispute cases and read for yourself - I fell off the chair laughing (ROFL) - A classic WTF!
The decision and justification in case of WallMart.in by the arbitrator is scary (however I do concede the respondent did a poor job in sentence case/structure and approach).....sad precedence!
Thanks Ace, I was wondering if there is an appeal process once an INDRP decision is made - unlike WIPO and UDRP which have a recourse I do not see INDRP as being mature enough, there is no panel option either, speaks for the governance issues I have been harping about in other posts..hope the new change in ministry brings about a new crew with a new focus.
