If you had the ability and means, would you hire a lawyer to handle issues to do with law? It might be of help to outsource such a service, don't you think?

From a business perspective or point of view, it makes sense to outsource. If you don't know much about law, it is best to get someone who can handle these issues conclusively.
.

In a way, I think this depends on the scope and nature of the business. I try (as much as possible) to familiarize myself with the legal terminologies but there are those that always need the interpretation of a lawyer.

From experience, it is very crucial for a business to hire a lawyer to provide assistance in almost every aspect of the business; from compliance, copyright and trademark issues. However, it all depends on whether or not a business can afford one.

As much as getting legal advice is definitely an additional cost to the business, it is important because it can save you a lot of money in the long run. On the other hand, and based on the nature of the business, you need to be fully aware of the relevant laws and regulations. Everything should be done to ensure that the venture is legally sound.

I totally agree with you. A lot of things can be prevented and loopholes sealed when the services of a lawyer are sought from the beginning. You will save yourself a lot of trouble by ensuring that the business operates in a legally sound environment.
