Craig-Hallum initiated coverage on Godaddy Inc GDDY 1.37% Monday with a Buy rating and $30 price target.

Analysts Mitchell Bartlett and George A. Kelly felt that GoDaddy was a leader in the rapidly growing web services industry.

The analysts expected a multi-year period of 12 percent to 15 percent organic growth with the potential for growth to accelerate “as the company shifts focus to international markets and higher-end business applications.”

Mitchell Bartlett is a Senior Research Analyst covering internet companies, both consumer and business-to-business. Prior to joining Craig-Hallum, Mr. Bartlett owned and managed Talaria Partners, a L/S emerging growth equity fund based in Wayzata, Minnesota. Between 2000 and 2002 he was a senior research analyst with Amerindo Investment Advisors. In the 1990s, he was the senior consumer retail analyst and later, consumer internet analyst and co-head of technology research at Dain Rauscher Wessels and its predecessor, Wessels, Arnold & Henderson. Before moving to Minnesota, Mr. Bartlett began his career with EF Hutton Capital Markets in New York, and later joined Merrill Lynch as a senior high yield research analyst covering consumer, retail and selected technology industries. Mr. Bartlett received a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara and an M.B.A. from Indiana University.
