The former CEO of Pitchtime lost control of a group of domain names, including Pitchtime.com, after the company filed a UDRP. The company owns the PITCHTIME trademark.
Included in this UDRP case are the domains pitchtime.co, pitchtime.com, pitchtime.info, pitchtime.me, pitchtime.net, pitchtime.org, pitchtimes.com, pitchtimes.net, pitchtimes.org, and pitchtime.xyz.
According to the UDRP, these domains were registered by its former CEO, and upon the termination of his employment, these domains were expected to be transferred to the company’s account with GoDaddy; the Respondent in this UDRP asserted that the company owed him $14,000 dollars for operating costs.
