If an unknown person claims ownership of a website /domain name you own, how do you deal with it? The webmaster pays all the expenses - domain registration/renewal/web hosting/content /maintenance , but some fraud makes it difficult to sell advertising as they shamelessly spread false rumours that they own the website, when their actual contribution is zero. Unfortunately the frauds are extremely well protected in these activities. Why do some people with no ethics or values get so much support?
