Expiring Domain Finder

I am looking for a software or website that would give me list of soon to be expiring Tlds and ccTLDs, also giving details of expired domains not renewed and available to register. I shall appreciate ur help and valuable inputs.

jeff..it seems fragile to depend on someone else to find expiring domains.

Are there softwares or ways to find expiring domains / drops ourselves?
