The answer is likely - depends on the price you pay and the quality of the domain.
There is a nnn.co.in buy out, and I think people have even been buying premium nnnn.co.in.
But then I was reading something about .in being approved for sale in China, but not .co.in - I didn't really understand, but if that's true, it would certainly have an impact on this.
