The DoubleClick.in INDRP Decision has been released:

http://registry.in/system/files/doubleclick.pdf

It's an interesting and well written decision.

Some interesting points:

1. There is NO bar preventing NIXI arbitrators from acting as Pleader / Authorised Representative for different complaints filed with NIXI. (To me, this sounds like it is legally correct, but certainly not very fair).

2. There is no time limitation for filing an INDRP.

3. Trademark registration is effective back to the date of initial application, and not the date when the trademark is actually granted (which can be years later).

4. It has been said many time before, but just for emphasis, parking domains can be grounds for finding bad faith.
