As the bears roar globally after the emerging market rout, the west is starting its tumble...so what do you guys think?

I say there is a direct link between economic activity, booming stock market and the domain aftermarket especially... premium domain sales.

I think we are at a significant inflection point and slower sales the last few months are just the beginning..

I think that you may be right... and I think Rick Schwartz agrees with you too...

It has been about 10 years since the last financial crisis, stocks have dropped a lot this month and likely will continue to drop, companies have issued record amounts of junk bonds, the EU is falling apart, trade wars between China and the US, interest rates are rising, etc.

It seems inevitable that markets will fall in the near future, and when that happens, less liquid markets such as domains are harder hit.
