Do you think the large amount of languages hurt the Indian domain business?

I read an article yesterday and there are some promising figures not only from Hindi and Urdu, surprisingly strong on the traffic figures was Punjabi and Bengali, but also featured were Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, and Gujarati. So I would say that the different languages really don't hurt the domain business that much. It does, however, require those domain purchasers that are out of the country to research those languages in order to be on top of the market. What is your opinion?

I think there will always be some people who want to have their domain name in their native language. I feel like that won't ever go away, even though English has taken over the market somewhat. If you want to be unique, use your native language to reach the native speaking customers.
