Hi all, Do webhosts pay anything to ISP's/telcos or not ? I am guessing they have to for even if they own the some fibre (say the fibre in a web farm) they don't control the network. The network and traffic are in hands of the ISP. So they will have to pay something to ISP's. If yes, can this be substantiated ? Have their been any examples between webhosts and ISP's which spilled into either mainstream press or elsewhere on the public domain which tells that there are agreements between webhosts and the ISP.
