There's not much value in that domain. Jobs and plate are both great keywords, but there's not an obvious reason to combine them.

JobsPlate.com - Do you have enough jobs on your plate? A person who is in job portals industry will always find this domain name valuable. And a person who is seeking jobs will always find it valuable.

Jeff, I personally feel value of domain name lies in how one gets a meaning out of it. e.g. SiLuBi is valuable only to Chinese. HaHaSport is valuable to someone in sports.
