An india domain(.in) was deleted on Mar 19, 2011,and i registered it in the same day.
This domain was diputed in September, 2010.

But this domain was still transfered to the complainant

Why?

This is surprising.... if domain name is disputed in Sept., 2010 then as per rules by Dec.,2010 - Jan., 2011 process should be completed (If disputed in INDRP) .

You registered in March, 2011 but according to us still this domain name is under risk as .IN registry can claim this domain name anytime.

OR PM the full details for proper understanding the issue....

was it a generic name (like computer.extn , water.extn) or with some branding (hpcomputer.extn etc) in it?
