    Hi, new to this forum.

Recently purchased a few .in domains as below and would appreciate any feedback (good and bad).
I realise that there is a mix of Capital city and English in 3 of them but this is just an experiment to see if it is a viable option.

    They are: -

    dhow.in
    mumbaicars.in
    mumbairent.in
    mumbaimoney.in

    Thanks

    Ryan

mumbaicars.in is really good.. Could be used for developing a list/directory of Various Rental Car Services available. many such services are emerging in India now-a-these days, with all having confusing similar names and phone numbers, and this site could be a very good place for a customer looking for this rental service..

Glad there is someone else out there who does not think I have wasted money on these.

I am really looking to sell this on rather than develop it, can you suggest the best place for this, not sure if Sedo will be interested (although I have not tried yet).

They did not like dhow.in (this is spelt correctly? as in the sea transport in Arabian gulf/Indian Ocean).

Would mumbaicars.in be accepted in an Indian market as it uses the English term 'cars' (same with rent and money in other domains).

    Appreciate all feedback.

I don't know what does DHOW mean..
Update: G00gled it..the term is a generic name of a number of traditional sailing vessels.I am sure NO Indian will be interested in it.

We people at India also call those vehicles CAR unless it is Nisaan's SUNNY,in which case we call it CAAAAAAAAR. ;)

    Hi Picnic

No offence meant, I know English is widely used, just wondering if if it as widely used in advertising etc.

I used to work on the cargo ships in and out of Mumbai (Bombay), Cochin etc, saw many Dhows sailing around, thought it might be a good name for a trader?
