I just found this blog today - the blog of Praveen Dalal in New Delhi. He is an Advocate in India who seems to have a really good grasp of cyberlaw issues. The blog is well worth a read if you're interested in this subject and it looks like he would be a good lawyer for these sorts of issues:

RECLAIMING INDIA

The blog is one of the five blogs recently (05-05-09) blocked by Perry4Law as a protest against the unfair policies of Google. Google is “disabling” the account of many blogs without proper notice and redressal mechanism. Currently all of the Blogs have been restored back by Google and full access is granted.

The bottom line is that many important sources of legal information on India have shifted to “Wordpress”. I would be posting more on this subsequently. Finally we apologise for any inconvenience to our readers of Legal News and Views Blog.

Editor LNAV, thanks for letting us know about the situation.

I'm sorry to read that competitors are trying shut down the blogs by filing false allegations with Google. Good luck getting everything sorted out.

Thanks for letting us know Editor LNAV!

It looks like things are working, but the blog is moving over to:
TECHNO-LEGAL NEWS AND VIEWS FROM INDIA

I agree with Gaurish - if you're going to put so much effort into creating a great resource, you should get your own domain and hosting so that you're in control.

Further update. Some of the Articles available at Reclaiming India may still be available at Perry4law’s Blog. Further, Legal Enablement Blog may also be interesting for readers of Reclaiming India.

Many thanks for members of this platform in general and Gaurish and Jeff in particular for their valuable suggestions. We would definitely use our own domain and hosting services.

Domain names are cheap, better to get one of your own , if you are spending a lot of time on your website.
