A thane, goregaon based company promised to sell timeshare of sterling resorts and charged a membership fee. They claimed that they would give a refund if they could not sell the time share within 6 months. However after 6 months, they could not sell any timeshare, and they are also not replying to any email. The company has a website with a .in domain . Can I complain to nixi regarding the website, so that others are not duped by the company?
