Choosing a web host

How do money-back guarantees work? Do you pay prior to using a service and if not satisfied, is the money refunded? I think such an arrangement would work for anyone who's not made up their mind about a particular web host. Just checked the site you recommended and I can say that web hosting, starting from $4 a month, sounds good.
