is seo will effect for changing the domain name ?

if we change the domain name is this possible to redirect the old domain to new domain and visitors should not be know the existing (new) domain name for few days,

Yes, you can 301 redirect your visitors to a new domain and *generally* it will not affect SEO (things don't always work out as they are supposed to).
