Change in NIXI rules for .in domains

One domain registrar has sent an email on major changes in NIXI rules for ,in domains. Has any member of the forum received the email and what are they planning to do?

I don't think that the email sent is entirely accurate. This is what NIXI says:

The changes will be implemented after November 30, 2025 and most other registrars have not sent any message.

Completely false news spread by some of the frustrated (Jobless) registrar based in Mumbai and one drop catcher who lost business after lot of planning and plotting against registrars.... Write directly to NIXI to clarify the issue.

All out of India registrants rest assured and do not get panicked just because one of the jealous registrar from Mumbai and one drop catcher is doing all this (PM us to know the names), so out of India customers can do a panic sale to them ?

Yes, a few registrars have been sending notices. What seems to be changing is less about ownership eligibility and more about verification and compliance.
